Does The Office NYC accept walk-ins?

The Office NYC does accept walk-ins whenever possible, however we prioritize reservations.

What experiences are available at The Office NYC?

You can select from one of two experiences, each experience is priced per person. The Office NYC Experience is a decadent menu with 7-9 food courses paired with champagne and 4 cocktails. The Office NYC Reservation is a deposit that will be credited fully toward your final bill.

Am I able to order drinks from The Aviary NYC while sitting in The Office NYC?

No. The Aviary NYC and The Office NYC are considered separate venues. To maintain the unique and distinct feeling of each space, we only serve their respective menu in each location.

Can you accommodate allergies and other dietary restrictions?

Please email any allergies and dietary restrictions to aviarynyc-reservations@mohg.com in advance of your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

What should I do if I am running late?

If you are running late, please email aviarynyc-reservations@mohg.com or call 1 (212) 805 8800. Note that if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, there may be a delay in seating you.

How do I transfer a reservation?

To transfer a reservation, log into your Tock account at profile.tocktix.com. Once logged in, select "Your reservations" on the upper right. To transfer a reservation, click the "Transfer" button next to the specific reservation. Note, you can only transfer reservations to another guest who has a Tock account.
